Senator Mackie requested that the reconsideration on CS FOR                    
SENATE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 18(RLS) be taken up. The                           
resolution was before the Senate on reconsideration.                           
                                                                               
The question to be reconsidered: Shall CS FOR SENATE JOINT                     
RESOLUTION NO. 18(RLS) Requesting Exxon Corporation to pay                     
claimants for court-ordered damages resulting from the Exxon Valdez            
oil spill, pass the Senate? The roll was taken with the following
